We want you to love your Pretty Lavish pieces, but if something isn't quite right, you can return your items within 28 days of delivery. Please ensure all garments are unworn, in their original condition, and have all tags still attached.

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

Place the items back into their original packaging, ensuring all labels are intact and the parcel is securely sealed.

Label and Post

Generate your prepaid return label or QR code through the portal and drop your parcel off at your nearest designated collection point.

Receive Your Refund

Once our warehouse team has inspected your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 10 working days.
